OUr story

Heather and Derek have both been making beef jerky for over a decade. They met in 2019 when Heather was sharing her jerky with mutual friends. Derek, always being the man with a plan, started talking about making jerky together for extra spending cash. Between Heather’s marinade skills and Derek’s refined palate & problem-solving skills, a friendship was formed over their love of beef jerky. The business started in Heather’s home. Within 2 months they had outgrown her home, and it being a hobby. A full-time business had formed. Starting a business before the pandemic proved to be challenging, but thanks to their loyal fans they were able to stay afloat. Expanding into a new space meant more help, so who better than their significant others! Little did they know, they had made a unique artisanal jerky. The thin cut makes it easy to chew and enjoy for nearly everyone. The flavor explodes in your mouth, enticing the taste buds. There is no water weight or fillers, therefore you receive 100% beef. Before you know it, the whole bag is gone, leaving you wanting more!
